Meet & Review

We’ll come to you. During our meeting, we’ll review your listing and collect information about what your goals are. You’ll collaborate with our design and staging team to review the buyer profile to ensure that your listing will appeal to them. We can meet virtually or in-person.

Design & Sell

We’ll make a design plan to renovate your clients’ home efficiently and effectively to increase the selling price of the home. We handle all of the renovation logistics, including communicating with your client to make sure the renovations work for them. We also provide professional photos of the finished product to make your listing as appealing as possible.

Our Liability Guide
