Sometimes there are homes and scenarios that require us to take a more conservative approach with our presale preparations. In the case of 138 Lawson, we wanted to renovate so much more than we were able, but the things we did do, added incredible value. By removing the dated and stained carpeting, refinishing the floors, painting the home inside and out, changing out a few light fixtures and staging appropriately, we took this home from funky to fab! And the owner reaped a staggering return on investment.
